Intended Use

Game Forge AI is designed for children ages 7–16 to create simple browser games under instructor supervision at Code Ninjas East Gwillimbury. Use outside of this context is at your own discretion.

AI-Generated Content

All games are generated by artificial intelligence. Generated content may contain errors, bugs, or unexpected behavior. Code Ninjas is not responsible for the accuracy or quality of AI-generated output.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to generate violent, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate content
Attempt to bypass safety filters or rate limits
Use the service for any commercial purpose without permission
Interfere with the operation of the service

No Warranty

Game Forge AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The service may be unavailable or discontinued at any time.

Rate Limiting

To ensure fair access for all students, requests are limited to one every 8 seconds per device.
